At TEKNIK69, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we work with third-party suppliers and manufacturers, our refund and warranty process includes both seller protections and manufacturer warranties. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following refund terms:


10-Day Seller Satisfaction Warranty

  • Your satisfaction with the performance of the product is warranted for 10 days from the date you receive the product.

  • During this 10-day window, you may request a refund or replacement if the product does not perform as advertised or arrives with functional defects.


Manufacturer Warranty (Effective Day 11)

  • Beginning on day 11 after delivery, the manufacturer’s warranty becomes the sole and superior warranty for your product.

  • All performance, defect, or functionality concerns after the 10-day seller warranty period must be handled directly through the manufacturer’s warranty process.

  • TEKNIK69 is not responsible for manufacturer approval, denial, or processing times once their warranty becomes active.


Physical Damage Policy

  • Physical damage to the product voids the seller’s 10-day warranty, unless the damage is clearly the result of shipping or carrier mishandling.

  • Shipping-related damage must be reported within 48 hours of product delivery, with photos/videos documenting the condition of the package and the item.


Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

To qualify under the 10-day seller warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and with all included accessories.

  • The issue must be related to product performance, not user damage or misuse.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Customer must provide reasonable evidence (photos, video, description) of the defect or performance issue.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued when:

  • The product shows signs of physical damage not reported as shipping damage on the delivery date.

  • The 10-day seller warranty period has expired.

  • The customer chooses not to pursue the manufacturer’s warranty after day 11.

  • The issue is caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair/modification, or accidental damage.


Return Shipping

  • For approved returns under the 10-day seller warranty, return shipping instructions will be provided.

  • Some suppliers may require the customer to pay for return shipping; policies vary by product type and supplier.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 3–10 business days after the returned item is confirmed received by the supplier.
